You know, even though I’m far from a really good “League of Legends” player. I still tend to watch LOL matches at Esport events when ever I get a chance to do so (I also watch when my brother Jonas streams his LOL games). Furthermore, I have found a liking to the LOL cosplay scene. That’s also how I found out about a really great cosplayer, Gamer and model called Danielle Beaulieu (Danielle is from Boston, USA).
You see, just recently Beaulieu made a really awesome and sexy cosplay of LOL’s Ashe, and I liked it so much that I decide to write about it =) And good thing that, because for some-odd reason, we have never written about Beaulieu before (I know, it was quite a surprise for me as well). Anyways, for those who don’t know what Beaulieu is all about, here’s a short description of Beaulieu by herself:
“Danielle Beaulieu is a self-taught artist and cosplayer from the Boston area. The bitter cold of the northeast has shaped her into a seasoned master of armor and special effects makeup. Danielle’s interest in costuming was sparked at a young age, when her and her father made costumes together, and stalked Boston’s suburbs. She was thirteen years old when she attended her first anime convention, and has spent the past decade cosplaying at all kinds of conventions all over the country!
Danielle has done characters from a variety of different fandoms, but she is recognized around the world for her award-winning League of Legends inspired cosplays. She has worn or crafted over a dozen different League costumes, and has appeared in cosplay for promotional events for companies such as Turtle Beach, Hello Hero, and Asus. Her other notable cosplay achievements include a full size Arcade Hecarim, Kim Possible, and the Tier 11 Hunter armor set from World of Warcraft.” – Danielle Beaulieu
Well, I think you get the idea. So, let’s jump straight over to those Ashe cosplay pictures by Beaulieu shall we? 😉 As I was saying, you can find the said pictures down below (I don’t know if there exist anymore new pictures of Beaulieu, but these are the ones that I could find).
Other than that, for those who didn’t know it, Beaulieu has cosplayed for many years now (I think she has cosplayed since 2013 sometime?). In other words, Beaulieu has managed to do quite a few cosplays over the years, and that includes everything from Katarina (“League of Legends”), Samus Aran (“Metroid), D.Va (“Overwatch”), Kim Possible (“Kim Possible”), Meowth (“Pokémon”) to Alleria Windrunner from “World of Warcraft”.
Simply put, Beaulieu cosplays as whatever she feels like cosplaying as at the moment, and it doesn’t matter if it’s a character from a movie, video game, anime or whatever. So hopefully that means that we will see even more awesome cosplays by Beaulieu in the near future. As for here and now though, I picked out some of my favorite pictures of Beaulieu previous cosplays =) And you will find all of those pictures further down the page 😉
And with that said, what’s your take on Danielle’s Ashe cosplay? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
