11 October 2019 (Seoul, Korea) – Intragames Co. Ltd has announced that it is bringing two exciting games to EGX, taking place at the ExCel London between Thursday 17 and Sunday 20 October.

Bookbound Brigade, a new take on the established Metroidvania genre, will be accompanied by Ultra Age, a high-speed action roguelike.

Bookbound Brigade
Bookbound Brigade is about beating the hell out of historical and literary characters you studied in school by leading a dream team of real and fictional heroes through a 2D side-scrolling platform-adventure.

It will take the likes of Dracula, King Arthur, Queen Victoria, Nikola Tesla, Cassandra, Dorothy Gale, Sun Wukong the Monkey King and Robin Hood to retrieve the stolen ‘Book of Books’, a volume encompassing every single work of fiction and non-fiction ever written. The game, developed by Digital Tales, will be released later this year on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Ultra Age
The perfect utopia of a future Earth is plunged into chaos following a near miss by a meteor that resulted in a global catastrophe and the formation of the Earth Purification Project.

Now, over 1000 years later, it’s down to the mysterious Age to combat mutant creatures, organisms and specimens left behind on the now desolate Earth. Ultra Age is coming to PlayStation 4 in 2020.
