I know that it´s not quite Christmas yet. But i´ve got a very nice Christmas present to hand out to all you Diablo fans out there.

Because i know more than well that many Diablo fans are far from pleased with Diablo 3 (even though “Reaper of Souls” is one big step in the right direction).

So i would like to present to you “Diablo 1 HD“! (made by “Wojtek25“). Which would be a hack modification of Blizzards original Diablo game from 1996 (US, 1997 in EU).

Diablo 1 HD is probably the most advanced Diablo 1 mod yet.

But it´s closer to the truth to call Diablo 1 HD a remake of Diablo really. Because it´s full of new features, HD graphics, 2 new classes (Barbarian and Assassin), improved user interfaces and much more!

And when i told my dad about this (his a huge Diablo fan) he just exploded of excitement. So i will try to hook him up with Diablo 1 HD asap.

And if you´re just as excited about Diablo 1 HD as my dad, then you can download the latest version (v1.042) via the games homepage (don´t forget to download the v1.045 patch as well!)

About Diablo 1 HD:

Project code name: Belzebub

Belzebub is code name of modification project, which will probably be most advanced Diablo 1 mod.
For now project is in open beta phase (single player). Below there is short demonstration that presents some of the game features.
