There are plenty of digital game distribution platforms today (GOG, Steam, Desura with many more). Even so, none of that seems to scare (or bother) the founders of Playvio all that much. As they aim to launch their own game distribution platform sometime this year. And the Playvio crew are quite confident about their service as well (and they should be), since they have stated the following:

I have to admit that I like the sound of this, but just like always. It´s easy to talk, but it´s another thing to actually execute what you have stated (promised).
