As most of you probably already know, E3 kicks-off tomorrow (EA is to hold E3 2017’s very first press conference at 12pm Pacific Time). So that means that tons of games and news will be unveiled for the next couple of days. In other words, we will have to work overtime in-order to cover everything 😉 Anyways, there has been some pre-E3 2017 news as of lately. In the matter of fact, Nintendo Sweden (Bergsala AB) just informed me (Robin Ek, TGG) that Grezzo’s action/adventure RPG “Ever Oasis” is set for a release to the 3DS on the 23rd of June:
“Ever Oasis is a brand new game from Koichi Ishii, which is based, among other things, on the RPG games in the celebrated Mana game series. Ever Oasis will introduce you to a whole new exciting world when released to the game consoles of the Nintendo 3DS family on June 23 this year.
Ever Oasis is an action-packed adventure RPG that takes a whole new grip on the genre, developed by Grezzo, who were the ones who took The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D to Nintendo 3DS. Your main task in the game is to build a new oasis in the desert and to succeed you need to get help from the spirit of the water Esna. The oasis you create will be a safe place in the fight against the threatening elements that want to wipe out life in the desert.
Take good care of all visitors who come to your oasis because they may want to settle down and set up flower shops there. It will generate revenue and allow the oasis to flourish. In addition to taking care of the oasis, you must also venture into the desert to gather valuable resources and discover all the secrets that are out there. There you can meet other adventurers who can become your allies. It’s necessary for the dangers that threaten life in the desert are many and when it’s battling, you need friends.
All this together becomes your story and that is the heart of the game!
The action has been designed to highlight the importance of goodness and things that concern, Ishii-san says. Ever Oasis focuses on helping and helping your friends. We did not want to create a hero that can handle everything on its own. The hero of the game will encounter many occasions when it is impossible to move on without the help of the Oasis residents.” – Nintendo Sweden
So, there you have it folks =) And with that said, what’s your take on “Ever Oasis”? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
