I don’t know if you guys and girls remember our previous post about Odysseus’s upcoming punch-and-shoot sci-fi/combat VR game “Gappo’s Legacy VR“, but we were just informed by the devs that they will soon launch their game on Steam (the early access version):
GAPPO’S LEGACY VR, the stunning Punch-and-Shoot Sci-Fi Combat game which is currently rocking on VR arcades around the globe, will be released on Steam on September 7. The title will appear in Early Access and will contain all the features and more of the Viveport Arcade version, available since July 18.
Dodge, cover yourself, hit your enemies, catch and throw your opponents, and shoot your targets as you join the Makina Resistance Army in their historical battle for freedom. GAPPO’S LEGACY VR is part of a transmedia project which includes a TV series and a comic book in development.
This game is being published by and will resume development for the final full release under the baton of Odysseus. This company is the result of the merge between the indie videogame studio GKT Studios and the multimedia film producer Moviement Films, which are the original co-producers of this early access.” – Odysseus
In other words, if you like what you have seen from “Gappo’s Legacy VR” so far, then it would be a good idea to keep your eyes open for the game on Steam =) (I have added the latest trailer for the game down below).
