I don’t know if you guys and girls still remember it, but back in March of this year I wrote about Talegames upcoming metroidvania ARPG “Faeland”. So if you do remember that post, then you know that I mentioned that “Faeland” would launch its Kickstarter campaign sometime in April. Well, guess what? Talegames just informed us that they aim to Kick-off Faeland’s Kickstarter campaign on the 17th of April:
“Faeland’s Kickstarter Countdown! Going LIVE Tuesday April 17th! Hi everyone! We have started the countdown for the launch of our Kickstarter campaign, going LIVE next Tuesday April 17th! We count on your support to make this game we all love happen!
Square Enix Collective Campaign Recap:
The campaign was very positive overall. It gave us a lot needed exposure. We also received many inspiring comments and support, ending with a 93% approval!
PAX East Recap:
We want to thank everyone who came by our booth to check out our demo. We hope you enjoyed it. Faeland has received a very positive press coverage and feedback. We look forward to the next steps to make this game a reality with your support.

We will have a Special Offer for a limited amount of early backers, so be on the lookout on our launch day April 17th! Thank you again and talk soon!” – Talegames
In other words, if you like what you’ve seen from “Faeland” so far (you can watch the latest trailer for the game further down the page), then you might want to show the game some support and love on Kickstarter =) Because “Faeland” will only become a reality if enough people show its support on Kickstarter. That’s also why I wish Talegames the best of luck with everything.
And with that said, what’s your take on “Faeland”? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
