Today is a very good day for those who enjoy multiplayer action games, because I (Robin Ek, TGG) was just informed by Asymptotic Games that they plan to release their upcoming multiplayer action/platformer game “Cavern Crumblers” on the 9th of February via Steam and itch.io:

“Hi,

I’m Jake Anderson, an indie dev that’s preparing to release Cavern Crumblers on Feb 9 to itch.io and Steam Greenlight after a year of working on it in my free time. I’m writing to you because I love the work that you do for all games, big and small, and I thought you would be interested in Cavern Crumblers.

So grab your friends and stock up on grenades for this fast-paced single-screen local multiplayer shooter! Compete with each other in an environment filled with destructible terrain that crumbles around you from your bullets and grenades! Run, jump, and dodge your way through the destruction with simple controls and intuitive physics. With gameplay that’s easy to pick up but hard to master, Cavern Crumblers is sure to give you and your friends an exciting couch gaming experience for hours on end”.  Asymptotic Games, Jake Anderson
