Today is a very good day if you just happen to be a fan of twin-stick shooter games, because we were just informed by Florent Vieillescazes that he aims to release his twin-stick shooter “Hexopods” on the 17th of November via Steam:
“Hi! My name is Florent Vieillescazes and I just released my first game called Hexopods! Hexopods is a local multiplayer twin-stick shooter! The only way to survive in this top-down bullet-hell is by outsmarting your opponents, being friends or AI. The experience is mainly oriented toward local multiplayer, but a Duel mode against an AI is already in the game and a Solo mode is coming!” – Florent Vieillescazes
So far so good, and the said launch features look pretty good as well:
Features:
– 4 different ships with unique playstyles
– Fast and intense fights!
– Highly competitive
– 4 different adaptable maps
– Modular game-modes
– Hard to play, Impossible to master
– No random, only skill to win!
Other than that, Florent also pointed out that he uploaded the launch trailer for “Hexopods” just recently (you can watch the video down below). So if you’re not quite sure whether or not this is your kind of game or not, then it would be a good idea to watch the trailer for sure. I would also like to point out that Florent gave us a review key for “Hexopods”. So we will try to review the game as soon as possible.
