Wrocław, Poland — September 23, 2021.
The Poland-based indie games developer Techland today announced with great delight and excitement that they are going to release “Dying Light Platinum Edition” to the Nintendo Switch on October 19th, 2021 (as revealed via the 2021 Nintendo Direct show).
The gameplay trailer, recorded on the Nintendo Switch console, showcased some of the brand-new features that have been prepared especially for this platform: HD rumble, touchscreen support, gyro aiming, local and online co-op, and motion controls.

During the presentation, Techland revealed the game’s release date, set for October 19, 2021. The Japanese version of the game will be released on January 13, 2022. The game will be available in retail shops and digitally on the Nintendo eShop.
