Press release:
Paris, France – December, 3 2016 – DotEmu, developer and publisher specializing in modern releases of beloved retro games, and Lizardcube, are thrilled to announce that the second Dev Diary for Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap is now available on YouTube.

In this new episode, enjoy some ear candy and learn more about the music and soundscape of our Wonder Boy III remake. Based on the original, memorable music of Shinichi Sakamoto, the soundtrack has been completely re-imagined by musician Michel Geyre, involving dozens of classical instrumentalists and different folk subsets. Furthermore, this brand-new atmosphere and its supporting sound effects have been beautifully adapted by Romain Gauthier to the new game’s graphic enhancements.

Watch Dev Diary #2 on YouTube today, and get regular progress reports via the official Wonder Boy: the Dragon’s Trap blog.

Last but not least, a demo of Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap is now playable in the DotEmu booth at the PlayStation Experience. Don’t be shy – come try it! The Lizardcube team will be there as well to answer your questions.
