Las Vegas loves to honor all the great icons of pop, and slot machines are just one way they like to express their adoration.

Having a slot created after one’s likeness is a hallmark of being in the top league of pop culture. So if a casino believes a person’s face will make them money, then you can bet only the cream of the crop get their own slots.

Only the legends who’ve passed the test of time got machines inspired by their likeness, and we’ve chosen our top four.

Luckily, a lot of these machines have their virtual counterparts, so you can play slots for money while gazing at your favorite celebrity.

The Most Beautiful Slot — Inspired by Marilyn Monroe

Playtech software designers have paid homage to the gorgeous Marilyn Monroe by creating an online slot inspired by the glamour gal herself. Monroe’s epic looks and on-screen moments are virtually re-lived through the game’s special features.

For example, a “Wild” symbol depicts the famous “air vent mishap” from the movie “The Seven Year Itch.”

While Miss Monroe is famous for her stunning appearance, her head-spinning curves didn’t make it into the slot’s design.

There are plenty of headshots of the world’s most famous blonde, but her famous hips do not make an appearance.

Marilyn holds an interesting record for the “longest walk in cinema history” — an astounding 116 feet of film reel were used to capture her character walking in the movie “Niagara.” Alas, through her autochthonous “horizontal walk” didn’t find its way into the design, her beautiful visage does.

The greatest sex symbol deserves to be celebrated and hailed by all, online slots included.

The Slot You Can Dance To — Inspired by Michael Jackson

The King of Pop certainly spawned many imitators, many products, and many slot machines. Arguably once the most famous man alive, Michael Jackson has many slot machines and online slots inspired by him.

We’d say the most famous one is the “Michael Jackson: Icon,” featuring a six-figure progressive jackpot. Michael’s dance moves are celebrated throughout the slot’s features, and the music in the background is, of course, Jacko’s very own.

As for online slots, perhaps the best-known is the “Michael Jackson: King of Pop,” created by Bally Technologies. It has a generous Return to Player percentage.

It has a “Beat It” free game bonus, a “Smooth Criminal” bonus, and the look of it is as flashy and as colorful as you’d imagine. Michael’s famous gloves, dancing shoes, sparkly socks, his hat, and more of the Icon’s unique looks are used as symbols on the reels.

Fans the world over can bob their heads to Jackson’s greatest hits as they watch the reels spin from the comfort of their own Neverland.

The King of All Slots — Inspired by Elvis

From the King of Pop to simply “The King.” There’s only one Elvis, and while The King has left the building, his likeness is still celebrated the world over, including in slots.

He too has several slot titles inspired by him.

In the online world, the most popular version is probably “Elvis: The King Lives,” powered by WMS Gaming. It’s designed like a game board, harking back to simpler times when Elvis songs were still the newest radio hits. It looks a bit complicated at first, but you’ll be taken by surprise at how much you’ll end up loving it.

The sound of “Hound Dog” playing in the background will put you right into that Elvis mood that’ll make you want to move your pelvis.

As for the slot machine version, head on over to Caesar’s Palace in legendary Las Vegas.

They did a particularly good job with their “The Elvis Presley” slot machine. Move your body to the tunes of his numerous hits as you play in what was one of the King’s favorite places.

The Slot Which ‘Flies You to the Moon’ — Inspired by Frank Sinatra

Ol’ Blue Eyes is another legend of epic proportions, and if there was an entry test for having your own slot machine, he’d have passed it with “Viva Las Vegas” alone.

Not only was that originally his song, but he was also famous for performing in Vegas for years before all the other celebrated crooners.

Sinatra was honored by so many people and even places. His birthday, December 12, has been known as Frank Sinatra day in Las Vegas since 2001. When the ceremony took place, a brand new slot machine inspired by Frank was revealed; its online doppelganger soon followed.

The slot machine plays parts of four legendary tracks during gameplay, starting with “My Way” as well as “Fly Me to the Moon,” “My Kind of Town,” and “I’ve Got You Under My Skin.”.

The game was created by IGT, and they made it so that you get to hear the entire songs only during jackpot mode. Perhaps because Frank singing sounds like a million dollars, so it makes perfect sense!

The online counterpart celebrates the “New York, New York” song for its soundtrack. It is simply called “Sinatra,” and it was the brainchild of PartyGaming.

They took great care with the visuals, and they really do the legend justice, so you’ll surely Get it Under Your Skin.
