I don’t know about you guys and girls, but I really enjoy old-school-like RPGs. On the other hand, I was born in the mid-80s. So I guess that I simply can’t help that I enjoy retro-like RPGs.

I mean, tons of awesome RPGs were released between the late 80s and mid-late 90s. Well, I think you get the idea 😉

And speaking of which, we were just informed by Stello Hexis that his new retro-like RPG “Knights of Tartarus” is coming to Steam on April 19th:

“Hello, Imagine if Dragon Quest and Zelda were on one single game. What you’ll get is Knights of Tartarus, an RPG where you go to the underworld to fight against four colossal monster knights.

Knights of Tartarus is a challenging open world game where you will need monsters to teach you their spells, craft items, solve puzzles.

Each monster holds special and unique abilities which can be learned. Monsters also give you crafting materials for making equipment. Additionally, there are skill upgrades that can be gained by leveling up.

These give you special perks like performing combo moves or becoming immune to paralysis, and much more.

I plan to release Knights of Tartarus on April 19, 2019. The game will be available on Steam and Itchio for PC, Mac and Linux.” – Stello Hexis

“Knights of Tartarus” really does look and feel like a mix of “Dragon Quest” and “The Legend of Zelda”.

In other words, if you’re into old-school like RPGs (such as “Dragon Quest“, for example) and “The Legend of Zelda“, then keep your eyes open for “Knights of Tartarus” on Steam! (the game is coming to PC via Steam and itch.io on the 19th of April for Windows, MAC and Linux).
