As you might remember, we released the news about PQube ´s “Gal*Gun Double Peace” limited edition just the other day. Well, due to the games sexual content. I (and many others) couldn´t help to wonder whether or not the game would end up being censored in the West (just like in the case with Nis America´s “Criminal Girls 2”, for example). Well, I´m very happy to inform you that “Gal*Gun Double Peace” will not be censored when the game launches in the West on the 15th of July (for PS4 and PS Vita).
And this became publicly known less than two hours ago when PQube published the following comment via their Facebook page:
“For those asking about censorship and Gal*Gun Double Peace here’s a nice little piece on how intact it is to the Japanese original” – PQube
And since “Gal*Gun Double Peace” have been rated “M” (mature) via ESRB. The game will stay true to the Japanese version. And Geraint Evans (nead of marketing at PQube, founder of Rice Digital) hinted about this less than two weeks ago:
In other words, you don´t have to worry about any censorship if you pick up the PAL or US version of “Gal*Gun Double Peace” =) So, happy Gaming folks 😉
