As you might remember, me (Robin) and Sharn wrote an opinion piece about Nintendo´s upcoming Switch console just recently (we did so on the 22nd of October). Well, earlier this morning Nintendo Sweden sent us this press release message:

“Nintendo said today that more info on the game console Nintendo Switch will be revealed at an event for invited media, analysts and trading partners in Tokyo on 13 January 2017. This event will go under the name The Nintendo Switch Presenter 2017. A live broadcast of the event will be broadcast globally and which will include information about the exact release date and what games are coming to the launch of the Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo’s president, Kimi Shima-san, also revealed that special events, which invited the media and partners can test the Nintendo Switch, will be held in the United States and Europe from January. At about the same time events will also be held for consumers. More details on this will come later.

Info about the exact time for The Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017 will be announced via Nintendo’s social media channels during the coming weeks.”

In other words, Nintendo will release some more information and news about the Switch console on the 13th of January next year. So, what do you think that Nintendo will reveal in January? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
