I´ve got some bad and some good news to share with you guys and girls, and I´m going to start with the bad news first. Well, not so long ago I found out that Bobby Prince (Bobby has made music for games like “Doom“, “Doom 2”, “Rise of the Triad” with many others) suffers from colon cancer…And I didn´t take that news all that well, because Bobby is a childhood hero of mine (I remember pretty much all of his songs from his time at ID Software and Apogee Software). However, against all odds there actually is some good news to be said about the case with Bobby Prince and his struggle with cancer.

You see, I just found out that elguitarTom has created a Doom inspired track called “DooM Medley: IDDQD”, and every single cent that the album makes via sales (you can buy the album via Bandcamp for 10 USD) will be donated to Bobby Prince (even the maker of Brutal Doom got the word out about the “Doom Medley” album just recently. So let´s get together and help Bobby Prince in his fight against cancer! =)
