The indie boutique publisher No Gravity Games and indie game developer Little Chicken Games are today very happy and excited to announce that they have just released a free Steam demo for their challenge and action-packed arcade game “REKT!”.

Imagine performing amazing Tony Hawk-style tricks but using wildly designed vehicles instead of a skateboard. Watch the newest Demo Gameplay Trailer below and if you like what you see, add the game to your Steam Wishlist to be instantly notified on the release day – November 6th this year.

ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

#REKTChallenge is a competition in which Steam players (only) who download the demo version of REKT! High Octane Stunts fight to get the highest score possible. They gain points by performing car stunts (tricks, spirals, spins, perfect landings, flying through special circles).

In the demo, there is a time limit set to 1:00 except that during the ride players can collect objects that expand and add a few seconds, so they can play for a bit longer. The event starts on October 7th and ends on October 13th. The 6 participants with the highest scores documented on the Leaderboard will receive Steam Gift Cards worth:

1st place – $50
2nd and 3rd place – $25
4th, 5th, and 6th place – $10

REKT! High Octane Stunts is an action-packed driving game inspired by the eternal classics like Rush and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series. Perform difficult backflips, do amazing drifts, spin around, and master all the tricks to become an ultimate stunter! Feel the nostalgic Micro Machines vibe but covered with new retro neon graphics.

REKT! High Octane Stunts Features – SINGLE RIDE:

Practice your stunts, unlock various cars, and discover arenas in 2 singleplayer game modes:

HIGH SCORE: The main game mode, inspired by the old-school arcades, will allow you to take on the challenge of the global leaderboard – remember the time is running, although there are ways to extend it.
PRACTICE: Practice makes perfect, in this game mode, time does not matter, train as much as you wish – get prepared to #GETREKT!

REKT! High Octane Stunts Features – MULTIPLAYER MODE:

Face the opponents in a local competitive mode (up to 4 players) and battle them on the way to the victory.

SCORE – challenge your competitors and get the highest score.
VIRUS – spread the infection by crashing into other players or avoid being infected – last car standing wins!
CHECKPOINT – first to hit a checkpoint gets a point – collect 5 points to win the race.
CAPTURE THE CROWN – you have 90 seconds to defend the crown – don’t let others take it over – or you won’t reign supreme in the arena.

REKT! High Octane Stunts is set to be launched on Steam on November 6th this year. The game is already available on the Nintendo Switch, where it conquered the hearts of over 170 000 players!
