Saints Row series taking over GOG.com with a DRM-free release of Saints Row IV, GOG Connect for all Saints Row games and a free Saints Row 2 for everyone.

Press release:
Warsaw, Poland – April 20, 2017 – GOG.com (https://www.gog.com), the digital distribution platform where DRM-free is not an empty slogan, is having a massive Saints Row event happening for the upcoming week, with plenty of activities for all fans of open-world mayhem like no other.

Saints Row IV (4.99 USD / 3.75 GBP / 4.99 EUR / 5.99 AUD), the latest installment of the acclaimed open-world series, together with the standalone expansion Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell (3.75 USD / 2.75 GBP / 3.75 EUR / 4.49 AUD), are now available for the first time DRM-free only on GOG.com. In Saints Row IV you become the President of the United States, but instead of kicking back with your legs on the desk in the White House, there is an alien invasion to take care of. You must save the Earth from alien overlord Zinyak using superpowers and strange weapons in the wildest open-world game ever. But if that’s not enough for you, play as either Johnny Gat or Kinzie Kensington as you tear apart Hell in a quest to save the leader of the Saints’ soul in Gat Out Of Hell. Historical icons, old friends, older enemies, a talking gun, a full length musical number, and a whole lot of other shenanigans all await you there.

To celebrate these two releases, GOG.com and Deep Silver are offering a free copy of Saints Row 2 to everybody, for the next 48 hours! To receive the free game all you have to do is to login to your GOG.com account or create a new, if you don’t have one already, and click on the giveaway banner on GOG.com’s main page.

And if you already started your Saints Row collection on Steam, but would like to have those awesome games DRM-free on GOG.com, take advantage of GOG Connect for Saints Row series. Just go to connect.gog.com, link your Steam account and add eligible Saints Row games to your GOG.com library.

But that’s not all as GOG.com is also running a week-long, up to 75% off sale on all Deep Silver games. The offer includes obviously Saints Row series, as well as Metro and Risen franchises, Sacred 2 Gold and Deadlight: Director’s Cut. All discounted games can be found on the promo page, until Thursday, April 27, till 10 am UTC.

You can get the free copy of Saints Row 2 until Saturday, April 22, till 10 am UTC, while Saints Row games in GOG Connect will be available to claim until Thursday, April 27, till 10 am UTC.
