Things looked very grim and dark for the horror/adventure/puzzle game Bulb Boy when the game failed to reach it´s Kickstarter goal last summer, and that was of course a huge let down for the Bulb Boy team. However, I’ve got some good news to share with you guys (despite what I just stated). As Bulb Boy won the Level Up Best Character Design Award during the PAX Seattle event just recently. And I’ve been told by the development team that the game will be released in the next couple of months (for Windows, MAC and Linux).

His chilling out to the max.

“Bulb Boy” is set for a release in the coming months from now.

And i´ve got some more good news to share with you guys and girls, because the Bulb Boy team has released a brand-new demo for Bulb Boy. Not only that, we will also do a giveaway for Bulb Boy as soon as the game gets released =) So i´m really excited to play and record the full edition of Bulb Boy asap! Bulb Boy sure is a very special and different horror/adventure/puzzle game indeed. For starter, the whole design and look behind the game are very unique . Then we have the protagonist of the game. Bulb Boy himself. Which would be a super adorable and cute boy with a giant bulb as a head. Well, what can i say. I really enjoyed the demo of the game. And the only bad thing that i can say about it. Would be that it´s really short.

I sure hope that you´re not afraid of spiders 😉

I was also sad to find out that “Bulb Boy” failed to reach it´s Kickstarter goal last summer ($40,000). But there´s still hope for “Bulb Boy”. As the game got greenlit on Steam Greenlight not so long ago. And “if” everything goes as planned. Then there will be a final release of “Bulb Boy” by the end of the year (for Windows and MAC), but in the meanwhile, please enjoy our gameplay video of the demo for “Bulb Boy” =)
