Press release:
Australia – December 16, 2022.
The Brisbane-based (Australia) indie games developer Flow Studio are today super happy and thrilled to announce that they have just released the biggest update (“Uncharted Waters“) yet for their action/adventure/farming/crafting game “Len’s Island” (the “Uncharted Waters” update is available right now for PC via Steam).

The mashup title has introduced new islands, biomes, dungeons, a new leveling and XP system and lots more for players to explore as they build and cultivate their island adventure in the sequel-sized update.

Players are transported to a beautiful yet mysterious island in Len’s Island, filled with wonders to unearth and a place to call their own as they build their home to create their island paradise.

In the Uncharted Waters update, players are invited to set sail and look beyond the shores of their island home to explore over 30 new hand-crafted isles. Blending hand-made elements with procedural generation each new island is different from the last and has its own unique mysteries to uncover and dangers to survive. Even the elements will be a mystery as new biomes have been introduced alongside unique weather events.

For those players with adventure in their hearts, Len’s Island – Uncharted Waters has introduced 10 new dungeons for players to explore. Formidable bosses lurk in each dungeon along with new enemies for players to take on in skill-driven combat.

Upgrade your character’s skills using the new detailed skill tree system to tailor your path. Craft new weapons and items to delve further into the depths of each dungeon to see what it beholds.

An island paradise home wouldn’t be complete without the ability to build upgrades for your home. The game’s new building system brings new opportunity for players with storage options, new materials to work with and new items to construct. Players can let their imaginations run wild when constructing their homes, build a massive compound, or a cozy cottage the choice is yours.

From seed to tree, farming has grown on Len’s Island. Players can cultivate their plot with new trees and seed packets and savor the fruits of their labor with new crafting recipes. By harnessing the elements, players can also automate their farming by constructing machines utilizing wind power and water pumps.

Players aren’t alone on Len’s Island. The quaint village of Bridgewater houses merchants and townsfolk alike. Help rebuild the town to watch it advance by clearing plots of land and building houses for townsfolk. You may just make some new friends along the way that you’ll be able to trade with for new materials and items. After all, it takes a village.

The Uncharted Waters update is available now for players to explore in Len’s Island. Players that purchased the game previously will gain access to the updated content for free. Those ready for their first adventure on Len’s Island can pick up the game for 40% off during the Steam Daily Deal or during the Steam Winter Sale.
