Press release:
The Tokyo-based (Japan) indie games publisher PLAYISM and indie games developer GeSEI unkan, are today very proud and happy to announce that their retro anime-styled JRPG “Drago Noka”, is now available for PC (via Steam) and the Nintendo Switch (via the Nintendo Eshop)!
Build your very own village on the back of a dragon in this surprisingly deep city building/simulation game!
Drago Noka is brought to you by GeSEI unkan, the indie game developers behind Wandering. This masterpiece was brought to life using the WOLF RPG Editor game construction tool.
Freely manage your village atop the back of a dragon
The surface is overrun with huge giants and dangerous pests, leaving an uninhabitable world in their quake. Humans have nowhere to live on the surface, and so… they live on the backs on dragons! Develop your very own village, gather various materials, and create new items with your very own hands. Relax and enjoy a safe and peaceful village life away from the surface below atop a giant dragon!
Invite new villagers with various skill sets
Gather and settle in new villagers with unique skills and personalities. Let them mix and mingle, work together, and build together. Enrich and develop their lives and who knows…you may even start a family!
Live a busy but liberating life
Take on many different jobs like farming, forging, fishing, sewing, cooking, crafting, and even breeding of giant dragons! Create the world that you desire while taking care of your villagers.
Prepare for battle with other dragons
As peaceful as village life is, one must be prepared for the fight ahead as your dragon is not the only dragon in this world…Prepare to fight fire dragons, wind dragons, ice dragons, and more! Their very existence threatens the tranquility of your village. Be prepared for the inevitable fight!
Character Creation
To add your own flair to your village, you will be able to create and recruit your own customized character and add it into the game! Players will be able to share their own characters and download other player’s characters by posting them on Twitter with the hashtag #dragonokacreate!
The full release introduces more villagers, more dragons, and more things to do around (and outside) the village! Start your busy but relaxing village life in the demo, or when the game releases on 17:00 12th Jan 2023 (JST)!

About PLAYISM:
There are games created by one person, or by small teams, simply because the creators wanted to. They are created because of the passion these people hold towards their art. This passion is not something that can be imitated with huge budgets and large teams. These are the games that we have supported for almost a decade. These, are Indie Games.
PLAYISM has, from the very beginning, been driven to deliver these games to as many players as possible. We began by creating a platform from which we could distribute indie games. From there we started localizing into multiple languages to overcome borders and then expanding into Steam and Console platforms.
Our hope, is for all gamers to play as many indie games as they can.
