Nintendo Switch Physicals Coming Soon!
TRAVEL THROUGH TIME, SAVE THE WORLD!
The year is 2120, and an alien race referred to as the ‘Murkors’ have invaded every corner of Earth with their unrivalled power… and rubber duck hats. Their attack is unconventional, not just attacking in the present day, but going through humanity’s historic timeline and trying to write humans out of time completely!
The resistance tries its best to hold out and prevent the extinction of humanity, but not for long… It’s up to you as a defender of Earth to power up, travel through time and take on the Murkor hordes in key strategic battle points… all before the sun sets. Will you be able to take on the Murkor’s toughest leaders and restore peace to the world?
SELECT YOUR DEFENDER!
Pick between three vastly unique characters to start your run. Each character comes equipped with a standard primary weapon and a special attack. Choose wisely between sharp-shooter ‘April’, half-man-half-cyborg, machine-gun-wielding ‘Rido’ and laser-beam-blasting ‘Hune’!
RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK TO POWER UP
Race against depleting time to open chests and complete missions to power up with new abilities & weapons. Collect as much as you can before the sun sets to give you the best possible chance in fighting against the Murkor hordes…
STACK HUNDREDS OF ITEM COMBINATIONS
Items can give you anything from the ability to duplicate yourself into a decoy to distract enemies or a weapon like the refreshing ray – which is not-so-refreshing for Murkors. Keep opening chests and completing missions to stack as many items as you can while you rip through time and traverse different levels. However, be careful! If you die… All of your items go too! Good luck collecting them again for the next run, defender!
FIGHT IN THE LIGHT!
You will be met with Murkors shortly after spawning into Waikiki Beach. Be alert, defender… and FIGHT IN THE LIGHT. Murkors draw their power from the shadows, growing in size and strength. Strategically position yourself so the sun is always beaming down on you, and your enemies. (Sun cream is supplied as standard issue).
DEATH ISN’T THE END, DEFENDER!
Collect ‘Mukus’ dropped by Murkors as they are defeated – this will become the currency you can bank. With ‘Mukus’ safely collected, you can progress level trees and make yourself stronger on every run. That’s right, defender… Death is not the end for you! (Or so we’ve been told to tell you. Just go and defend earth)!
FIGHT GIGANTIC MURKOR BOSSES!
When your timer hits zero, you enter the most dangerous time of them all… Sunset. Darkness covers the skies, and Murkors are now supercharged as you battle your way through to fight their leader.
Murkor bosses are huge in stature and offer deadly attacks for pulse-racing battles!
BUY DIE AFTER SUNSET PHYSICALLY!
Die After Sunset is now available as a physical edition on PlayStation 5, and coming soon to Nintendo Switch. Don’t miss out on the chance to be among the first to experience the game and embark on an action-packed adventure.
