Will you roam the unknown planet together or split up to work more efficiently? There are three planets for you and your friend to explore, so get out there are start building! Streamline your efforts (work smarter, not harder!), synchronize your gear to complement one another, and set your sights on a shared cosmic objective.

In addition to its single-player mode, Space for Sale offers an outstanding online co-op experience for two players, enabling you and a companion to seamlessly drop in and out of the game. Only the host’s world will retain the progress, and only the host can save the game, though both players have access to the same elements and will earn achievements together. If you start a new world, you start from the beginning.

Space for Sale follows the delightful journey of an intergalactic property developer on a mission to build hospitable dwellings, cosy lodgings and luxurious estates. Your list of alien clientele is ever expanding, but so are their demands.

The housing market is all about location, location, location – so venture out to discover the wonders scattered throughout your solar system, and more importantly, try to turn them into sweet profit. Word of warning, some of the local flora and fauna will not take kindly to outsiders. Don’t jump the gun just yet, with careful observation and collaborative experiments you might win them over. Learn how local lifeforms have adapted to harsh biomes and make use of your discoveries to enhance your structures and gadgets!

Procedurally generated landscape: Explore the picturesque landscape on three different planets.
Location, location, location! Gather resources, build estates, and sell them for a hefty profit to eccentric alien clients. Find creative ways to satisfy the ever-growing demands of your customers.
Interact with local flora and fauna: Tame and research the bewildering flora and dangerously cute fauna and learn from them how to enhance your creations to withstand even the harshest of biomes.
2-player multiplayer: Play the game with a friend in drop in/drop out multiplayer (up to two players).

About Mirage Game Studios
Our game development company is located in sunny Karlstad, Sweden and was founded during fall 2016 by four avid gamers and experienced developers. Together in collaboration with THQ Nordic, we released our first game Little Big Workshop in 2019, which exceeded expectations and opened the door to start work on a new original IP.
