Press release:
Bristol, United Kingdom — July 9, 2024.
The London-based (the UK) indie games publisher Yogscast Games and New Zealand-based indie games developer Purple Moss Collectors, are today very glad and excited to announce that their roguelike deckbuilder “Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers“, is coming to PC via Steam on August 8th, 2024.

The blackjack-themed roguelike landed a winning hand at Steam Next Fest in June, featuring as one of the festival’s top 25 most played demos – now boasting over 120K wishlists and counting on Steam ahead of the innovative deckbuilder’s official release.

What’s more, the team is delighted to share an all-new teaser trailer where players can watch as the stakes get raised in this gritty adventure, and every hand could be their last.

In Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers, players build powerful decks to take on the greedy upper echelons of capitalist business baddies exploiting the local gamblers. Come launch, players will be able to choose from a collection of over 300 cards, with each round demanding new and improved strategies in order to bag the jackpot.

Be sure to go all in and wishlist Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers on Steam today!

About Yogscast Games
Yogscast Games was established in 2017, with a simple goal: to work with small teams to develop and publish games which are as fun to watch as they are to play. Its most recent releases have included poker-powered deckbuilding game ‘Aces & Adventures’, the wickedly amoral ‘Trolley Problem, Inc.’ and the wildly successful restaurant management roguelike ‘PlateUp!’.

About Purple Moss Collectors
Purple Moss Collectors is a tiny game studio from New Zealand, making weird and wonderful replayable games. We are currently developing a blackjack roguelike deck-builder called Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers.
