The Spain-based indie games studio Anima Project today announced with great thrill and joy that they have just released ‘Anima Gate of Memories: I&II Remaster’ for PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S). Nintendo Switch 2 owners can also expect to play the game in 2026.

Anima: Gate of Memories I&II Remaster will cost $24.99 on Steam and $29.99 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. There will be a week-long 10% discount on all platforms. Regional pricing may vary.

After losing the revenue from their original releases due to publisher troubles*, the studio chose to rebuild their work from the ground up, not just to reclaim what was lost, but to honor the world and players who kept believing in them. Anima Project is a small indie video game studio based in Spain, made up of three members: Carlos B. Garcia, Sergio Almagro, and Miguel Hernandez. They’re passionate about both traditional RPGs & video games, and strive to share that passion with their players through everything they create.
