Porto, Portugal –April 16, 2020– Independent game development studio Ground Control release their multi-awarded minimalistic puzzler ZHED on Nintendo Switch and Steam today.

ZHED is a puzzler in which you must select the right squares to move forward. Tap a square and select a direction (up, down, left, right), see how the block reacts when they intersect with each other, and build a path to the goal.

“ZHED contains no timers, no clocks, no stars and no tricks –just pure puzzles”, says Rui Guedes, CEO at Ground Control.

“The game builds onto increasingly complex puzzles that it’ll take a while to solve”.

Originally released on iOS and Android, ZHED includes 5 level packs with a total of 100 challenging, curated levels which can be restarted as much as you want.

About Ground Control
Ground Control is an indie game developer based in Porto (Portugal) born in 2014. In 2016 they released 2 games: Return Zero VR, a frantic, ultra fast tunnel racer for Oculus Rift, and Hyper Gods, a cinematic 80s-influenced shoot’em up, both available on Steam.

Since then, they have put all their efforts in developing ZHED (Switch, Steam, Android, iOS), porting Hyper Gods into Switch, and creating a game based in a new IP which will be revealed soon.
