Press release:
Monday, 9th November 2020.
The Sweden-based indie games developer Bad Yolk Games and the video games publisher/developer Team 17 are today very thrilled and happy to announce that they have just released the free “Bot Brawl” update for their The creative sandbox game “Main Assembly”.
The headline of this update is the new Bot Brawl mode, which enables players to take their creations into giant arenas and battle it out for last bot standing supremacy.
The update also introduces new underwater content, including 12 new flotation parts that improve navigation on the water, a new periscope and depth sensor, and two cosmetic parts suitable for the seas: a ship wheel and a submarine cockpit. Pirate, Diver, and Nefertiti cosmetics have been added for the drone too, further extending available customisation options.
The Bot Brawler update also includes a huge new sandbox map called Sandy Box that’s 50 times larger than previous maps, new bot materials are available for boat hulls and aerodynamic surfaces, and improvements to the game’s world building logic and animation scripting.
Further information on Main Assembly can be found on the game’s Steam page, with the game itself being 25% off this week (ending 16th November at 06:00pm GMT), and to keep up to date with all the information on Main Assembly please like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and join us on Discord.
