Bratislava, Slovakia –June 8, 2021.
The Slovakia-based indie games developer ( a one-man studio) justLukass today announced with great excitement and happiness that his first-person exploration game “Side Effect” is coming to PC via Steam next Spring (2022).

Furthermore, justLukass also just announced that there is a free playable demo that people could download and play via Steam and itch.io as of right now.

Side Effect is a first person exploration game which takes you to a waste-covered island where you will have to fight pollution as you team up with wild animals and discover hidden stories.

Starred by a fox called Tobi, Side Effect features a low poly model graphical style with simple edge detection and fog. Music is made by Miguel Inês.

A demo of Side Effect is currently available on Steam and itch.io for free. A new update including new features has been launched today.

justLukass is a one-man studio from Slovakia. Games, graphics and their development had always been Lukas’ dream job ever since he played his very first game.

He discovered programming when he was 16 and started making games in 17 using XNA framework and C#, which was in 2012. Creating games to bring joy to other people had always been a huge passion of his.

Right now he is working in a software start-up team and Side Effect is a project and passion which he works on in his free time with 0 dollar budget. For now it’s a one man show but one day it will hopefully become a team work.
