Press release:
New York, New York, January 6, 2022.
The New York-based (the US) indie games developer SBN3 today announced with great thrill and joy that their anti-visual novel rejection simulator “Class of ‘09” is now available for Android devices worldwide (“Class of ‘09” is also available for PC via Steam).

Developer SBN3 has announced that anti-visual novel rejection simulator Class of ‘09 is now available on Android devices. The black comedy for the MySpace generation is also currently available on PC via Steam. In Class of ‘09, players step into the shoes of a vulgar high school sophomore named Nicole.

After Nicole moves to another town somewhere in the DC area due to her father’s suicide and brother’s internet pirating habits, she’s forced to attend a new high school and introduce herself to a cast of vapid, hedonistic and downright predatory students and teachers.

Class of ‘09 features fully voice-acted dialogue, 15 unique endings, and enough branching paths to excite the greatest sadists the world has ever known.

“Class of ‘09 is the most accurate depiction of American high school culture we might ever get in a video game. 2007-2009 was a time of unmitigated vulgarity, projected angst, and a total blind eye to the things most of us would expect call-out posts for today,” says SBN3.

“Play with the looks of an e-girl but the mind of a mental assassin. It’s a tightrope sort of experience where if the player is too reserved things end badly for her. Play with a sense of reckless abandonment and you’ll unlock everything Class of ‘09 has to offer. ”

With G-Mobile Sidekick in hand, players can skip class, pop pills, sabotage pedophiles and contemplate death while maintaining Nicole’s ice cold, alpha bitch personality. Graduate, go to prison or ‘hangout’ in Nicole’s bedroom. In a world without social media, every twisted teen dream can come true.

Key features:

• 15 different endings

• Realtime dialogue playback featuring the voices of Elsie Lovelock from Hazbin Hotel, Kayli Mills from Sword Art Online, Kira Buckland from NieR: Automata, and more

• Clothes change in real time; 100 outfits cover 25 characters

• Late 2000’s aesthetic with biting social accuracy

• Make all the sadistic choices your teenage heart desires

Class of ‘09 is now available on Android devices. The game is also available on PC via Steam.
