The Leganés-based (Spain) indie games publisher Meridiem Games and Madrid-based (Spain) indie games developer ChaoticBrain Studios, are today very happy and excited to announce that their dystopian 2.5D pixelart adventure “Neon Blood”, is now digitally and physically available for PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch).

This highly anticipated neo-noir cyberpunk adventure, developed by the Spanish studio ChaoticBrain Studios, invites you to lead a revolution that will change the world. Are you ready?

In the year 2053, after a war that changed everything, humanity has been reduced to a single megalopolis: Viridis, a city divided between the bright and luxurious Bright City and the dark, oppressive Blind City. Axel McCoin, a detective from Blind City, decides to rebel against the injustices and inequalities that separate these two realities, becoming the sole symbol of hope for the oppressed. Throughout his adventure, Axel will encounter allies ready to change the world alongside him, but also powerful enemies, such as the relentless Ruby Emerald, who will do everything in their power to thwart his plans.

Neon Blood reinvents the classic turn-based combat with dynamic Quick Time Events that keep the player on their toes and fully engaged with what’s happening on screen. This is combined with a deep narrative full of social critique, addressing themes of inequality and justice in a dystopian world. The result is an immersive and unique experience that will not leave genre fans indifferent.
