Face the dreaded necrons in The Saga of the Great Awakening, the new PvE campaign coming to Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf today.
Press release:
Herocraft is very happy to announce that the anticipated new PvE campaign for Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf, The Saga of the Great Awakening, releases today for iOS and Android. The Saga of the Great Awakening is a new campaign which consists of 10 story-driven PvE missions, where players will fight the ancient and mysterious Necron race. The Necrons are robotic skeletal warriors with unparalleled technology prowess; after a slumber of aeons, they have awaken to claim back the galaxy that was once theirs. Only the fierce loyalty of warriors like you stand between them and the Empire. Prepare to fight for your Emperor! For Russ and the Allfather!
There are different ways to unlock The Saga of the Great Awakening, depending on how far you are into the game. Veteran Space Wolves (those who successfully completed mission 3.7 in the main campaign) can unlock the new chapter with in-game currency for 20,000 credits. They can also get unique Legendary cards and some in-game resources for $5.99 and unlock the new campaign as a bonus. New Space Wolves recruits (those who just downloaded the game and haven’t completed mission 2.1) will be able to get either Rare ($7,99), Epic ($29,99) or Legendary Packs ($49,99), with a big pack of in-game resources (including in-game currency, boosters, cards) and to unlock the new campaign as a bonus.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf is a free to play turn-based strategy game with character upgrades, squad management, single and multiplayer campaigns, survival mode and collectible card game elements. The game was released in 2014 for iOS and in 2015 for Android, with a few major updates later. In February 2017 the game came to Steam Early Access as a full paid game and has got mostly positive reviews by now.
