Irvine, California – April 30, 2019 – Joycity has released 5-star Esmeralda for “The War of Genesis“. Guided by the wings of light, Esmeralda is a young doctor of the Geisir Empire.

She is praised for her skills in medicine and magic which she uses to treat her patients at her free clinic in Pretoria. She has passed on her knowledge to various pupils who perform the art of healing throughout the continent.

Along with Esmeralda, a new rarity option has been added for heroes 6-star and up. Through ‘Limit Break’, players can increase the rarity of their heroes and boost their health, attack, and defense stats. A successful rarity upgrade will not only provide stat boosts, but also a unique hero title and border.

To provide more ways to obtain special gear for heroes, Arena Points have been added to Arena. These points can be used at the Honor Shop and are obtained from winning Arena battles.

Arena Points expire daily and can be used to obtain rare goods such as +10 gear. Players shouldn’t confuse this with Honor Points that will continue to be rewarded every season.

This update also brings a new Adventure feature where first kills of Monsters, Machina, and Ruins Dungeons are completed in one area.

Players can track their progress and receive first kill rewards conveniently from the Airship. Previously, first kills were only carried out through the Radar option in the field.

Other updates include a new Ruins Conquest sub story accessible from the Archive Room, and custom Admiral portraits where players can add or capture a new image to personalize their profile.

Joycity is working hard to bring the best of The War of Genesis to both current and future Admirals of Antaria. Various new events, content, and heroes will be visiting players in the upcoming months.

The War of Genesis is a strategy MMORPG showcasing 80+ unique heroes, various guild content, customization, hero decks, and special voice acting from well-known actors such as Wendee Lee, Cristina Vee, Spike Spencer, Orion Acaba, and Imari Williams.
