Press release:
AUGUST 14TH, 2019 – Developer Andrea Interguglielmi and publisher Armor Games Studios announce today that their enigmatic adventure, “Nauticrawl: 20,000 Atmospheres“, will release on 16th of September for PC via Steam.

In time with the announcement, a brand new trailer has been unveiled – showcasing both Nauticrawl’s oppressive atmosphere, and the complex and mysterious vehicle in which the game unfolds.

Attempting to escape the terrifying sentinels on a distant planet, players will need to learn how to pilot a Nauticrawl – a giant metal vehicle, designed only to be used by the ruling elites.

With buttons, levers and displays abound, it will take perseverance, experimentation, and a whole lot of ingenuity to make it off this wretched rock.

With every failure meaning the start of a new run, Nauticrawl is certainly a challenging experience. But as players learn their way around the vehicle’s dashboard, master the controls and figure out the displays, they will begin to uncover an engaging science-fiction story as they eke their way toward salvation.

Nauticrawl creator Andrea Interguglielmi said: “Nauticrawl was my playground as a kid, piloting made-up submarines and huge robots. It’s a mix of my teenage gaming years, spent in space combat simulators and text adventures.

The outcome is an experience that talks straight to our curiosity, our desire to pull all the levers and explore worlds that can’t be seen, only imagined.”

Nauticrawl: 20,000 Atmospheres will release via Steam on the 16th of September 2019 priced at $14.99, with a launch discount of 10%.

About Nauticrawl: 20,000 Atmospheres
Nauticrawl is an unusual and atmospheric adventure in which players must learn how to pilot a hulking alien vehicle in order to escape the oppressive forces on a distant planet. Failure is part and parcel of this unforgiving experience – do you have what it takes to crack the code and escape the planet alive?

In a grasp for salvation with sentinels closing in, you’ve stolen a Nauticrawl. You check the radar, turn a few knobs, press some buttons… then you realize

I don’t know how to move this hunk of metal…

If the pursuing forces or the crushing atmosphere don’t kill you first, the Nauticrawl – designed to be piloted only by the ruling elites – just might. This instrument, your only hope of survival, could also be your demise.

With the right amount of experimentation your escape plan just might succeed. Pull levers, redirect power, hack devices, uncover communications, try anything and everything.

You’ve heard the rumors. You know many have died doing what you’re doing. But as the corners of the story pull back and you learn your way around the consoles, you just might get off this wretched rock.

Nauticrawl unfolds through turn-based exploration, as you puzzle out how everything fits together. Begin each run anew, but bring with you what you’ve learned along the way.

Think it through. Make mistakes and experiment.

You can do this.
