HANGZHOU, China – January 3rd, 2020 — Developed by NetEase Games, “Extraordinary Ones” (for iOS and Android) is the premier anticipated free-to-play anime-style MOBA of 2020.

Since beginning pre-registration in December of last year, over 100,000 eager players have signed up. Judging by user comments on Facebook and Twitter, they all have high expectations for the game.

For those who had not heard of this game before, Extraordinary Ones is a 5v5 academia-theme anime MOBA. Players can choose from one of 36 wacky and over-the-top heroes at launch with new heroes to be released weekly.

Destroy enemies by commanding AD (Attack Damage) heroes or heal teammates with SUP (Support) heroes, a variety of different tactics and play styles await players.

Media reviews have also been overly positive, praising the game’s graphics as “superb and delicate”, and the gameplay as “fast-paced and exciting”. An all-star cast of Japanese voice actors bring life, humor and appeal to the game’s heroes and players can increase intimacy with their favorite ‘waifu’ or ‘husbando’ heroes to unlock special lines, stories, and more!

Extraordinary Ones is set in a fictional city called Esper, where monsters, supernatural beings, and humans coexist. The battlefield is set in an academia full of playful places like classrooms, podiums, basketball courts, gyms and more.

Many of the heroes are students in one of two different academia, and they all want to prove that they are the most talented one. If players are attentive, they may even discover secret connections between some heroes through some interesting dialogues.
