As some of you boys and girls might still remember, back in September of 2019 we published a PC preview for DDreams Games upcoming 18+ erotic visual novel “The Angel Inn“.

“The Button Witch” is like a mix of “Harry Potter” (the magic parts), “Dink Smallwood” (the RPG aspects), and “Discworld” (the humor, dialogs and the crazy characters).
Well, guess what? Just the other day we were contacted by DDreams Games about a brand-new game that they are currently developing, and to my big surprise, the said new game isn’t a lewd game title at all.

You (the player) will bump into quite a few colorful and lively characters in the world of “The button witch”, characters such as this rather evil and ghoulish looking character in the picture right in front of you.
Yes, you read it right the first time. You see, DDreams is working on a magic-themed puzzle/adventure PC game called “The Button Witch” (the game is said to be ready for launch in early 2021 sometime for Windows and MAC).

“The button witch” is said to offer plenty of different puzzles, mysteries and multiple endings. In other words, the game’s replay value should be rather high.
That sure sounds rather promising with no doubt, but what exactly is “The Button Witch” all about then? Well, in “The Button Witch” the player gets a chance to play as a witch called Ellen, and you’re out on a quest to complete an internship for the Witch Academy (you also try to find out what has happened to Ellen’s supervisor’s Manor).

The button witch’s magic system got me interested in the game. Why? Because you can use spells that can interact with the game’s different environments in one way or another.
That’s, of course, something that’s easier said than done since there will be plenty of puzzles that will be needed to be solved, people who need help, and so on. Anyways, I think you get the idea.
I would also like to mention that DDreams also had us know that they have just released a brand-new demo version of “The Button Witch” via itch.io.
So if you like what you’ve seen and read from the game so far, then you might want to download and try “The Button Witch” for yourself in the near future =)
And with that said, what’s your take on “The Button Witch”? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
