Way back in April this year (2026) I wrote that Awaken Realms had just announced their unique horror game ‘Hoarder’ for PC. Well, quite a lot has happened since April. For starter, we were just contacted by Kacper from Awaken Realms who informed us that ‘Hoarder’ is coming to Steam next year (2027):
“Hey there!
Kacper from Awaken Realms here, with some fresh news straight out of gamescom.
If you caught Future Games Show Live at gamescom 2026, you might’ve spotted it already: we just dropped the newest trailer for HOARDER, and it finally comes with the thing everyone’s been asking about, a release window. Mark your calendars, HOARDER is coming in 2027!
So what is HOARDER? It’s a genre-blending horror game from Byzel, our small indie team led by the co-creator of Darkwood. It starts off innocent enough, a cozy, mundane cleaning simulator, and then quietly spirals into a submerged nightmare where curiosity is both your engine and your undoing. Expect the unexpected, and maybe don’t play it with the lights off.” – Kacper, Awaken Realms.
In other words, we won’t have to wait much longer until we can play ‘Hoarder’ for pc, but in the meanwhile, please enjoy the latest trailer for the game down below! And with that said, what’s your thoughts on ‘Hoarder’? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
