[October 15, 2026] – Cat Secretary, originally set to launch November 4th, has been delayed until January 20th, 2027. The team at Good Story Guild wants to deliver the best experience possible for Cat Secretary’s 15-20 hour adventure. With this extra time, the team is continuing to add features, fix bugs, and incorporate feedback from those who have played the game’s free demo, and optimize the game for Steam Deck while avoiding crunch.

Underneath a cozy layer of fur, Cat Secretary takes a strong anti AI stance within the game’s narrative. The charm of this story-rich adventure, and your time at DOX as the titular cat secretary becomes even more important now! The delay isn’t long enough to let the robots take over, but you’ll definitely need to be on your toe beans come January.

In 2023, from opposite coasts, Rachel Music and Elspeth Hunt found themselves frustrated by their once-beloved Hollywood; the entertainment landscape was littered with low-effort remakes and bloated merch grabs, and creativity was being left on the cutting-room floor.
