It´s been a very long time since I heard anything about Blyts upcoming point-and-click adventure game “Kelvin and the Infamous Machine” (for Windows, MAC, Linux and iOS). In the matter of fact, the last time that I played the game was back in December, 2014 (I made a full walkthrough video for the game). So I got quite happy when we received the following e-mail from Blyts just the other day:
“Kelvin and the Infamous Machine will be fully released on Steam on July 21st, and after a positive early access experience, we wholeheartedly believe that we’ve done everything to take the game from “fun” to “unforgettably fun,” and we hope you’ll agree. Among other things the voice-over cast includes several amazing actors who are very familiar with the adventure game genre, including Erin Yvette (The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands) and Brian Sommer (Sam & Max, Tales of Monkey Island). That said, we’ll be honored if you decide to write about it, and if you don’t, it’ll be great to know what do you think of our first adventure game anyway.” – Blyts, the makers of “Kelvin and the Infamous Machine”
Yes, that´s right. The full version of “Kelvin and the Infamous Machine” will land on Steam later today! Well, at least if everything goes according to play. So I´m holding all my thumbs and toes for Blyts that everything will work out just fine for them today. And “if” we´re lucky enough. We might also throw a PC-giveaway for “Kelvin and the Infamous Machine”. So keep your eyes and ears open people!
