Ever since the 90s i have heard jokes and connections between David bowie and Konami´s Metal Gear Solid series.

But back then. I just found the whole thing to be both stupid and ridiculous. I mean, THE David bowie and MGS?

This can ́t just be a coincidence. Right?

Ptt! Like, stop kidding me now. But just the other day i saw this “David bowie MGS theory” picture on Twitter. And things didn’t look as far off (farfetched) and stupid anymore.

So it really seems like Konami has “borrowed” quite a few of Bowie´s character transformations throughout the years.

But what do you guys think? Is it just a coincidence that a handful of MGS characters have the same exact look as Bowie?
