There a lot of things going down at the Nintendo headquarters at the moment. Because not only did Nintendo just recently announce that they will roll out their games to smartphones and tablets world wide (in the near future).

Nintendo will also be present at the NicoNico Chokaigi event in Japan (which takes place between the 25th and 26th of April). So there will be a major Super Smash Bros. event for the Wii U on site (2-on-2 World Grand Prix. Japanese pro-players Vs American pro-players).

That´s far from all there is to the NicoNico Chokaigi event though. As Nintendo plans to let people try the demo of “Splatoon” on site. There will also be a Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire competition as well.

And there will be stage shows for games such as “Pokken Tournament”, “The Great Ace Attorney”, “Dragon Quest Ⅹ“, and a very special show for Super Mario´s 30th anniversary (hosted by the famous Japanese gameplayer “Center CX“).

So there you have it. And if you ask me, NicoNico Chokaigi 2015 sounds like an really awesome event.
