This game is confusing to start, because as soon as you join you have so idea what to do it’s like going to a shop and buying things without a tag on it. On the other hand once you get used to the game and understand how to play and everything like that it is VERY easy!

The character customization is amazing with over 20 default characters but when you play with players who have made a skin it automatically downloads it! You can customize your character from head to toe.
