Can you remember back when your family used to have a board game night, game night, or something similar? Maybe you just got together and took the time to discuss the week’s event. Whatever the situation was, you were spending quality time together as a family.

Take advantage of the classic games that have bee reborn into mobile apps. Play them on your favorite smart devices and modernize the entire get together.

Monopoly

It probably doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone to see Monopoly at the top of the list here. This game is an instant classic that puts all players in real-life situations. You basically move around the board, buying up properties, trying to collect, while battling the struggles that the everyday world has to throw at you. This digitized version does an excellent job of keeping everything as classical as possible, so it’s going to feel like your original Monopoly.

Scrabble

Here is another that’s probably no surprise to most. This one does, however, take advantage of today’s technology, but it does so in a nice and convenient way. It allows you to link up with your friends and play, so you can remotely connect to your family and spell it out on your favorite tablets, phones, and smart devices. All the standard rules and options apply, but there are a few new added features that put a twist on an old classic.

Tic Tac Toe

Who would have ever thought that a game so simple would still be captivating audiences from around the world to this very day? Most people that have played it, that’s who. It’s more than easy to get wrapped up competing with friends and family and burn hours on top of hours. This one like the classic happyluke has been redone a bit, as it now comes available with 3 different difficulty levels. You still have the option of vying against human players, but if get bored or just want to solo, you can really test yourself against the computer player. You’ll be surprised at just how advanced this computer player can be on the higher difficulty levels.

Chess

While there is no denying that checkers is a great game, there is just something about the rules of chess that it make more intriguing. Perhaps it is all the different movements of the men, perhaps it is the shape of the pieces, or maybe it is that it is more like a real strategy/war game. Whatever the answer is, you won’t be disappointed with this classic remake.

Clue

This is perhaps one of the most interesting and popular games of all. This detective-based game has been around for years and inspired a whole subsection of fans. There are movies, TV shows, and video games based around this classic board game. Take turns rolling the dice for possible outcomes, while you uncover clue and unravel mysteries, all in hopes of discovering a murderer.
