2020 has with no doubt become the most challenging year for me both mentally and physically for more than one reason…And sadly enough, I’m far from alone to feel like this. For starter, a lot of gyms are now closed for obvious reasons all over the world.

A lot of gyms are closed all over the world…That’s also why I decided to build my own gym at home (the picture has been borrowed from .telegraph.co.uk).
Other than that, I have also gone through some of the most extreme weather conditions that I’ve ever experienced so far in my life. So in my case, I had to find a safe and good solution to this problem, because it just isn’t safe for me to go for a run in the woods anymore (wild hogs have become a huge problem, it’s the same with extreme winds that blow trees over).

“How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift” is a very good anime and manga about working out, diet, and gym culture.
However, I did find some comfort, tips, and inspiration from an anime and manga called ” How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?” (it’s a great series imo). You see, the whole anime/manga is all about working out, eating right, and going to the gym. Well, I think you get the idea. So, what was my solution then? Simple, I started to build my own gym at home.
In other words, I bought weights (dumbbells, and whatnot), a complete bench press, shoulder and chest machine, a weight vest, stomach trimmer, a 100kg punching bag, and a Crossfit machine. So, all in all, I pretty much got my own mini home gym now.

If you get a top-ranked Crossfit machine, then you can get a really good workout in the comfort of your own home (I bought one myself less than one week ago at the time of writing this article).
So that means that I could work out my whole body whenever I feel like it, no matter what day it is, or what time it is, or what weather it is outside. Well, I don’t know about you, but that’s freedom for me. Furthermore, in the long run, I’m saving money as well on expensive gym memberships and car trips (gas sure isn’t cheap nowadays).
Speaking of saving, money isn’t the only thing which I have saved. I have also saved myself quite a lot of time as well, since I have to travel quite a bit from my place to the gym. So I have spent that saved time on playing video games instead, as it works as a great stress killer!
And the game of choice for me right now is ”Brutal Doom 64”, which pretty much is a mix of ”Doom 64” for the Nintendo 64, and ”Brutal Doom”. Simply put, ”Brutal Dooom 64” is the best version of ”Doom 64” so far (imo), and not only that, it’s also one of the very best FPS games ever created to date (at least from my point of view).
Besides video games, I have also gotten rid of quite a lot of stress by testing my luck at gambling. However, before I did that, I gave the minimumdepositcasinos site a visit first. As they just happen to have written a really good article about 5-deposit-casinos (casino min deposit 5) not so long ago.

Believe it or not, but even in the old RPG/horror/sci-fi game “System Shock 2” from 1999, you had the ability to gamble via slot machines.
Because, as you might imagine, it’s pretty wise to learn the ins and outs before you toss yourself into the world of gambling (especially when it comes to real actual money). So, with that said, I think that I’ve managed to handle 2020 pretty well against all odds with the stress killers which I have mentioned in this article.
So, if you’re also suffering from stress, depression (or just pure boredom), then it might be a good idea for you to try out the things which I have done, because it sure has done wonders to my mental and physical health with no doubt (best of luck with everything!).
