Tekken 7 is coming to the US in select arcade testing phases. According to According to the According to the official Tekken 7 Facebook page these are the locations:

The post also states that this is “round one” of the testings, which means we’ll be seeing more introduced to more arcades across the US.

For those living outside the US no international testing has been announced as of yet. The good news is, we’ve seen this from Namco before. When Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion was released in arcades characters moves were drastically different from the console version. This shouldn’t be any different, as it will help to whittle down and fine tune the mechanics before console release in the US.
