Zombie Vikings is coming to Steam (PC) on Monday December 7 and will launch with platform-specific features such as Steam Trading Cards and Steam Cloud Saves. The Steam version will also include a major update to the game with multiple new features.

After releasing Zombie Vikings on PlayStation 4 in September, Zoink has revamped the game.

“We’ve listened to feedback from our community, and have used this to change the game for the better,” says Klaus Lyngeled, Creative Director at Zoink. “Among many things, the single-player experience is changed. We’ve added a snuggly Unicorn Pig called Oink that’ll join you in your adventure. All good games should have a Unicorn Pig.”

The Steam version will launch Dec 7, 8:00am PST and will include this update. Zombie Vikings will be available at $19.99 USD with a 20% launch discount for the first week. We’re also releasing a bundle that contains the DLC characters Frostbjörn and Raybjörn as well as the soundtrack. Priced at $24.99 USD this is a bundle you don’t want to miss!

All PS4 users will be able to download the same update for free later this month.

Zombie Vikings Major Update includes:
· Unicorn Pig – In single-player mode, you’re now joined by a Unicorn Pig that’ll team up with you throughout the adventure
· New Enemies – Lots of completely new enemies added
· Progression – Unlock weapons as you progress through levels
· Weapon Improvements – All weapons now have special effects and their stats are displayed in the store
· Combat improvements – Direct roll, Mini health-bars, target hints etc.
