Press release:
The US-based indie games developer Eek! Games today announced with great excitement and joy that they have just released the 0.20.3 (“Vickie”) update for their 18+ erotic adventure game “House Party” (the update is available right now for PC via Steam).
Vickie’s update brings extra sexalicious experiences to the party. Complete Vickie’s Training and she’ll now give you the opportunity to convince another NPC to join you and her in a scorching hot ménage à trois.
“Vickie’s finale coming to a close marks the completion of all of the content we have planned for our male protagonist, and the next couple of updates are going to be mostly polish, alongside the long-awaited ability to play as a female main character. That said, we want to thank everyone who has purchased, played, and supported House Party throughout these years of development.
We can’t stress enough how none of this would have been possible without you. The biggest thing that kept us going through all of the journalist negativity and attempted censorship we’ve had to deal with over the years was our overly positive player review scores and feedback.
Today, House Party has supportive press reviews, a steady player base, and is accepted in both censored and uncensored forms across various streaming platforms. Additionally, if you’ve been paying any attention to our latest teasers, you’ll know that we’re about to take things to a whole other level, all thanks to your support, feedback, and encouragement.” – Bobby Ricci, CEO, and Founder, Eek! About House Party
House Party is an open-ended 3D social simulator mixed with a point-and-click adventure inspired by 80’s and 90’s classic party films and comedy games like Leisure Suit Larry and Monkey Island. Every decision changes your story and every character has something to reveal.
About Eek! Games!
Eek! Games, based out of Oregon, was founded by programmer Bobby Ricci back in 2015. Bobby is a longtime fan of comedic adventure-style games such as; Leisure Suit Larry and Space Quest.
Initially, he wrote a unique 3D “Character Engine” and had planned to sell it as an asset. Instead, the game House Party launched in steam early access back in June 2017. Bobby’s founding vision was to create the most absurd characters he could think of as extreme parodies of various personalities.
The game’s early access launch was an overnight sensation, selling over 30,000 copies in the first few weeks alone and continued to 300,000 total sales during the first year. Since the early access launch, the game has now fully matured as an open-ended social simulator mixed with a point-and-click adventure inspired by classic comedies of the ’90s.
Every decision changes your story, and every character has something to reveal. As of August 2019, the game met an exciting milestone, being sold to over half a million players worldwide.
As of November 2021, the game has officially been sold to over 950k+ players, and they anticipate their next milestone to hit 1 Million early access copies sold by or before the end of 2021, even before launching out of early access in March of 2022. Learn more at: https://housepartygame.com/press/
