***WARNING! Potential spoilers awaits you***

Barry and team flash are gearing up to go head to head with Zoom for the season finale, and it’s getting more interesting by the second. This is one of the last episodes of The Flash this season airing Tuesday, before the writers begin writing for The Flash season 3. One of the most amusing things about the trailer is the little jab with Barry saying: “The Speed Force is with us, what could we possibly lose?” It’s as if he’s saying he’s assured a victory for Zoom, but he doesn’t realize Zoom doesn’t have anyone to lose—just Barry.

Kate Cassidy is Black Siren

This is by far the best thing they could have done with Kate Cassidy since killing her off on Arrow. Honestly, she wasn’t as convincing as Sara Lance as The Black Canary, and became quite dull after the Arrow season 3. Her death did provide a great jump-start to Oliver becoming the best version of Green Arrow. An interesting question would be: Will we receive a crossover for The Flash and Arrow, if so will we see Oliver interact with Black siren?

Zoom wants Barry to experience the loss he has in his life

Zoom became a murderer as Hunter Zolomon before he discovered his powers thanks to the particle accelerator. You can’t find happiness in misery, but it does love company, and you can see this in the way Zoom carries himself when it comes to killing, or torturing Barry. Speaking of torture, we still haven’t discovered who the man in the iron mask is. The theory that his Henry Allen, Oliver Queen, or Hal Jordan could still hold up. As we haven’t seen anything on them for Earth 2 yet. Whoever it is, it will be interesting to see what they have to say about Zoom once the mask is off.

Speedsters join the fight

Wally West, and Jesse Quick have both been hit by the speedforce, and just as in the comics, we’ll see them become speedsters but when? If it is at the end of the season, they’ll most likely act as decoys for Barry since they won’t be fast enough to outrun Zoom or keep up with them. Harrison Wells could make sufficient Tachyon devices to support increased speed, but would it be enough to make an impact? That’s the question.
