Korean developer Corners Studio releases K-pop and ballad-heavy soundtracks for entire series ahead of new installment’s March 24 launch.

Seoul, South Korea – March 10, 2016 – Corners Studio is excited to make available the K-pop-inspired soundtracks to their long-running cocktail-making visual novel series for iOS, Bar Oasis. Featuring wonderfully produced tunes by composer Goomin “Nauts” Nam and more of the beautiful artwork the series has come to be known for, the soundtrack releases should please fans and bring a whole new audience around to the series which has come to be known for its signature touchscreen drink mixing system that allows players to create drinks using familiar global brands while working from a menu that will teach any adult beverage connoisseur some new tricks. This news comes ahead of the upcoming release of Bar Oasis 2: Aftertaste 01, due out on March 24, 2016.

The original Bar Oasis made waves in Korea when it reached the number one spot on the iTunes Korea app store before being banned for its frequent portrayal of alcohol. It remained a top ten RPG of 2011 on the iTunes Japan store where it was competing with the likes of Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana, and Chrono Trigger.
To celebrate the release of the soundtracks and the upcoming Bar Oasis 2: Aftertaste 01, Corners Studio is offering the original Bar Oasis for free for a limited time:

Aftertaste 01 will feature plenty of surprises as the drama unfolds. This is reflected throughout the soundtrack, including in the beautiful piano ballad, “Missed Call,” which can be heard here:
