Irvine, California – August 29, 2019 – Joycity announces a new milestone for “3on3 FreeStyle” on Xbox One. The game has enjoyed a successful first year on the platform and is being celebrated with a number of events to mark the occasion.

First off, every Xbox One player will be given a celebratory code which can be redeemed for 200 points on the Xbox Store.

Upon downloading the 1-year anniversary DLCs, the points will be automatically sent to the player’s message box. The points can then be used on a variety of items at the in-game shop.

Starting September 17th, a login event will take place which rewards enhanced items such as FS Tickets and Ability Card Tickets.

The event will run alongside another player-favorite event, ‘XP Drink Festival’, which makes a special return for the 1-year anniversary! Through the festival, players can win up to 3 badges in 5 winning matches. The badges can be exchanged for items to customize the character ‘Lulu’.

Season 2 of Mega Pass debuts with the update as well. The first Mega Pass event was extremely popular with Xbox One players.

In Season 2, players will have the opportunity to obtain the highest-level items and ceremonies.

The update also brings improved matchmaking and upgraded themed-outfit systems, but the most exciting is the long-awaited center position character ‘Jimmy’! Anticipation for this character has been high and Joycity is happy to finally bring the character to Xbox One players.

Jimmy’s timed double dunk and long-range shot will rattle the opponent’s defense. More information will be available soon.

3on3 FreeStyle is a free-to-play, fast-paced and interactive street basketball sports game, featuring unique characters, online and co-op multiplayer modes, and straightforward controls making the game fun for players of all skill levels.

3on3 FreeStyle is one of the top free-to-play games on PlayStation 4. The game launched on Xbox One worldwide a year ago in August of 2018. The game has increased the availability to 36 countries since then and has enjoyed an active and growing player base.
