(subsidiary of GREE) and Square Enix are proud to announce a SINoALICE X That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime collaboration, coming soon to “SINoALICE“, the mobile fantasy battle RPG from the mind of Yoko Taro (“NieR:Automata”, “NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…”, “Drakengard” series).

Coming soon to all global versions of SINoALICE, the crossover with popular TV anime That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime marks the first-ever simultaneous worldwide collaboration for Yoko Taro’s twisted tale of girls from myth and fiction battling to the death.

During the collaboration, characters from the TV series will make a special appearance in the world of SINoALICE and take part in a special story scenario.

More details regarding the event, including its launch time, will be released at a later date.

Note: Announcements for both Chinese versions will be released by their respective management companies.

What is That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime?

Satoru Mikami was just your ordinary desk jockey, casually walking down the street, when all of a sudden, he was randomly stabbed and killed. But death wasn’t the end of Satoru’s story. After his death, he was then sent to an alternate world, and reincarnated into a slime. Along with his new body, he was given a new name, Rimuru.

Satoru, now Rimuru, sets out for adventure in this strange new world. During his travels, he encounters dragons, goblins, dwarves, and even fierce ogres. With the use of his wisdom and courage, he makes friends wherever he goes despite the differences they all face.

With the help of his new friends, Rimuru establishes a new country called the “Jura Tempest Federation.” A paradise where all creatures could live together as equals. But unfortunately, many humans in this world still show hostility towards the other creatures of this land.

And although Rimuru shows compassion for humans, he himself is not exempted from their hatred. Faced with this new reality, Rimuru is forced to decide. “What is most important to me?”
